The rates apply to a standard occupancy of 9 to 14 people. The price increases for groups larger than 14 and decreases for groups of fewer than 9 guests.

All prices include VAT. Final cleaning and bed linen/towels are also included: beds are freshly made, and bath and hand towels are provided. Use of the sauna and fitness/wellness facilities—including a sauna package with a bathrobe and sauna towel—is included in the price, as is the use of the barbecue area and complimentary firewood for the fireplace/fire pit. During the summer months, the "SommerCard" is also included (offering benefits such as free use of mountain lifts and various other services).

The local tourist tax of EUR 4 per night per guest (aged 15 and older) is charged separately.

A deposit of 15% is due upon booking, the balance two weeks before arrival. A deposit of €1200 is required, which will be refunded no later than one week after departure.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 6 months before the arrival date. From 6 months to 4 months before the arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Beyond this, 40% cancellation fees apply up to 3 months before the day of arrival, 60% cancellation fees up to 2 months before arrival, 80% up to 1 month before arrival and 90% cancellation fee for less than a month and for no-shows.

Arrival and departure times: The chalet can be occupied from 4.30 p.m., check-out on the day of departure is at 9.30 a.m. Early arrival or late departure may be possible by arrangement.

Smoking is permitted in the outside facilities of the Trenkwald Chalet. We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed indoors.

Dogs are welcome on request, at a one-off fee of EUR 50/dog.
